Who we are

Rise High Mobile Mechanics (“Rise High,” “we,” “us”) provides mobile auto repair, diagnostics, inspections, and towing coordination in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This policy covers the Rise High service app at app.risehighmobilemechanics.com and the texts and emails it sends.

Information we collect

Customers: your name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN, mileage, and photos you upload), a description of the problem, messages with Rise High and your technician, and appointment, quote, invoice, and payment history.

Technicians and tow truck drivers: your name, phone number, email address, service area, availability, skills and experience, a profile photo, and the driver’s license and insurance documents you upload during onboarding.

Location: when a technician or driver shares their location for an active job, we collect their device location until sharing stops, so the customer can follow their arrival. We only collect a customer’s location when they enter it as a service address.

Payments: card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe. Rise High does not see or store full card numbers or bank account numbers.

Technical information: basic logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request times) and cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

How we use information

To quote, schedule, perform, and bill for services; to match jobs with technicians and drivers; to send sign-in links, appointment updates, quotes, receipts, and arrival alerts; to pay technicians and drivers; to answer questions and resolve problems; to prevent fraud and keep accounts secure; and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We use AI tools to help prepare repair estimates from the vehicle and problem details you provide. A Rise High team member reviews quotes before work is done.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we text you about your service, such as sign-in links, appointment updates, technician arrival, and messages from your technician. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.

How we share information

With the technician or driver assigned to your job, who sees what they need to do the work (such as your name, phone number, address, and vehicle details).

With service providers that run parts of the app for us, only for that purpose: Stripe (payments and payouts), Quo (text messaging and calls), Google (email delivery through Gmail and AI estimates through Gemini), Zoho (estimates and invoices), and the NHTSA vehicle database (VIN lookups, which receive only the VIN).

When required by law, to protect people’s safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business. We do not sell personal information.

Google user data

Rise High connects its own Gmail account so the app can send sign-in links, quotes, and appointment emails. The app asks Google only for permission to send email. It does not read, store, or analyze anyone’s inbox, and Google data is not used for advertising or to train AI models.

Rise High’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and security

We keep account, job, and payment records for as long as you use Rise High and as long as needed for warranties, taxes, accounting, and legal requirements. Sign-in links expire and work only once. Connected-service credentials are stored encrypted, and access to customer and technician records is limited to Rise High staff and the people assigned to a job.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects it as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop texts or emails, by contacting us below. We may keep some records when the law requires it, such as payment and tax records.

Rise High is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Important changes will be shown in the app or sent to you.
